January 1927
The Japanese Brake Lining Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in Ryuka, Kawachi, Osaka Prefecture (current Yao City). It produces and sells the brake linings used in automobiles and various high-speed machines.

April 1934
The Japanese Valqua Industry Co., Ltd. was founded. It started to produce industrial seal products.

June 1941
It started to produce synthetic rubber seals and compressed plates that used in the aircraft field.

October 1943
It merged with the Japanese Metal Belt Industry Co., Ltd. and started to produce the metal gaskets used in the fuel industry.

February 1952
It completed the research in fluoroplastic processing technology and realized commercialization for the first time in Japan. It conducted production and sales under the product name of "VALFLON".

The second part was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

It merged with a company in Taiwan, China, and founded the Valqua Industrial Co., Ltd. in Taiwan, China (current subsidiary).
